Stuck Message States and Resolution

This table lists the different states for stuck messages. Each State in the table includes the Condition Check, the related Action and resulting New State.

Keep these points in mind when you are working with stuck messages. Some messages cannot be moved, while others can be moved, but with caveats. See the Stuck Message Resolution Table for more information about the different states and actions you can take. You must be an experienced administrator with a clear understanding of stuck messages before you use this feature.
