In Content Administration:
Click the Users entry under the root department to expand the list of autoresponse agents.
Click the Autoresponse Agents entry under Users.
Select the autoresponse agent that you want to edit.
Make your changes. See Autoresponse Agents window.
Click the Display the preferences for this user icon in the toolbar.
Make your changes. See Preferences dialog.
Click the Save the changes made to this entry icon on the toolbar.
