Adding Autoresponse Agents

You need to create one autoresponse agent for each set of standard phrases associated with an autoresponse rule.

In Content Administration:

  1. Click the Users entry under the root department.

  2. Click the Autoresponse Agents entry under Users.

  3. Click the Create a new entry icon in the toolbar.

  4. Enter the information for this autoresponse agent.  See Autoresponse Agents window.

  5. Click the Preferences icon in the toolbar to select standard phrases for this autoresponse agent.  See Preferences dialog.  If you do not have standard phrases created yet, you can return later and specify the phrases.  See Standard Phrases.

  6. Click OK in the Preferences dialog.

  7. Click the Save the changes made to this entry icon in the toolbar.

NOTE: Though each autoresponse agent has a name, no one can log on as an autoresponse agent.
