Use this window to set the WFM Feed Data parameters. These parameters are required for integrating WFM.

Select the scheduled report type from drop down menu: Agent Report/ Queue Report |

Complete File Path on the server / shared drive / network mount for Scheduled Reports. |

Displays the Scheduled File Name Format for both Agent & Queue Report |

Hour of Execution |
Select the hour of execution time from drop down menu between 0-23 hours |

Last Scheduled Report Generated On |
Displays the last successfully generated Scheduled report timestamp for both Agent & Queue Reports. |

Save |
Saves the schedule |

Remove Schedule |
Removes the schedule |
