About Soap Mailboxes

A SOAP mailbox is accessed through an authentication process. KANA Response uses SOAP mailboxes to receive confidential messages from customers. You must first create these SOAP mailboxes on your mail server. Once that is done, you must add the necessary information about these SOAP mailboxes to the KANA system so that the KANA Response mail receivers can download messages from them correctly.

You can create these mailboxes by following  the Adding SOAP Mailboxes steps. After creating the mailbox, you must add the necessary information about these SOAP mailboxes to the KANA system so that the KANA Response mail receivers can download e-mail from them correctly.
