Select the IQ version that you are running from the drop-down menu. |

Knowledge Access URL |
The base URL of the IQ Knowledge Server web server from which agents and customers will browse knowledge base contents. This is the URL that associates a partition with a specific IQ Knowledge Server. The typical format is: http://machine_name or IP address:port/eAgent/rsiq/RIQ.jsp Example: http://IQWEB.company.com:9081/eAgent/rsiq/KSFrame.jsp You must use the same machine designation (machine name or IP address) for the integration parameters that require URLs. Otherwise, an error occurs when users and customers attempt to access data from the IQ Knowledge Server. You must identify this URL before implementing any other integration feature. |
