Routing a Message with Standard Phrases
The standard phrases that have been set in user's preferences (Greeting, Header, Footer, and Signature) will be applied to fill empty standard phrases on a message when the message is downloaded to user's inbox.
Consider the following conditions:
- User does not change standard phrases before routing out the message
Standard phrases from user's preferences that are applied to the message will be removed from the message when the user routes the message out of his/her inbox.
Standard phrases that have been set in current user's preferences will be applied to the message that was routed out of previous user's inbox.
- User changes Greeting and Header before routing out the message
Only the standard phrases from user's preferences (Footer and Signature) that are applied to the message will be removed from the message when the user routes the message out of his/her inbox.
Standard phrases that changed by user before routing out the message (Greeting and Header) will be retained.
