Inserting KANA IQ URLs and Text

If you are using ResponseIQ, you can insert a URL or text from a KANA IQ knowledge base into templates, standard phrases, and autoresponses.

  1. In the text area of your template, standard phrase, or autoresponse, click the Insert solution from KANA IQ server icon.

  2. If prompted, choose one of the available knowledge bases. If only one is available, you will not be prompted to choose.

  3. Browse the KANA IQ knowledge base until you find the information that you want to use.

  4. Click Return URL or Return Text.
