Holiday Service Clock

Using this window, you can create Holidays. At each department level, you can assign the holidays needed for that particular department.

To display this window, click the Holiday Service Clock Settings entry in Content Administration. The window has two panes:

Holidays List pane (upper)

Lists information about all the holidays created in Response

Holidays Details pane (lower)

Lists additional information about each holiday in an editable format

 

Holidays List pane

This area of the window shows information about each user account in the department. You can view:

Name

Indicates the name assigned to the Holiday.

The arrow that appears next to the User Name label indicates the order in which the list is sorted. Click the label to change the order.

Description

Indicates optional text that provides additional information about the holiday.

Month

Indicates the Month of the holiday. Note that you cannot create another holiday with the same date and month.

Day

Indicates the Day of the holiday. Note that you cannot create another holiday with the same date and month.

Last Modified By

Indicates the user name who last modified the record.

Last Modified Time

Indicates the time when the record was last modified.

 

Customize Table

Customize Table button is provided at the top right corner of Holidays List Pane. Clicking this button provides a list of columns available to select and display in Holidays List Pane.

By default, 'Name, Description, Month, Day,Last Modified By & Last Modified Time' columns are selected in Customize Table screen.

Holidays Details pane

Use the bottom portion of the Holiday Service Clock Settings window to view or edit detailed information about each holiday.

Name

Displays the name assigned to the holiday. If you are creating a new holiday, assign a unique name.

Description

Displays optional text that provides additional information about the holiday.

Month

Indicates the Month of the holiday. Note that you cannot create another holiday with the same date and month.

Day

Indicates the Day of the holiday. Note that you cannot create another holiday with the same date and month.
