Use this window to add attachments to a category. When a category is assigned to a message and the definition includes a list of attachments, the attachments are automatically included in the outgoing message.
Note: To add an attachment so that it appears in the Available Attachments region, place the attachment in one of the two directories in the following location where you have installed Response:
C:\Program Files\KANA\Response Server\shareddir\part_default\

Available Attachments |
Displays a list of all available attachments. |

Attachments Selected |
Displays a list of all attachments that are currently included with this category. |

Add |
Click to move an attachment from the Available list to the Selected list. |

Remove |
Click to remove an attachment from the Selected list. |

View |
Click to view the attachment. |
|
Refresh |
Click to Refresh your view. |
|
Ok |
Click to accept changes. |
|
Cancel |
Click to cancel any changes and return to the Category window. |
